THE COMPANY AND ITS MANAGER STORY

Heritage was born out of a Civil Engineer's passion for Real Estate.

Telmo Reis Silva, graduated from Nova University Lisbon, started investing in properties for long term rental while he was still a student. These investments allowed him to acquire other properties over time, which gave him the knowledge not only in the area of real estate investment, but also in property management.

In 2016 he starts his career as a Civil Engineer in the area of Construction Management. In 2022 he finishes a Post-graduation in Real Estate Management and Valuation at ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management, and in this context he creates Heritage Management & Engineering, where he intends to include the 4 areas of knowledge that are intrinsically linked: Real Estate Investment, Property Management and Renting, Civil Engineering and Real Estate Appraisal.

With 10 years of experience in real estate, both his own as well as others, he now intends to offer services that will make his clients lives easier.
